• All submissions and checks will be accepted by calling or emailing Sue Reid for a time and date to be submitted properly. 
• No submissions will be accepted otherwise.
• Applications must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the monthly ARB meeting. Usually 2nd Wednesday of the month.
